This first phase of Waterton Station includes 28 home sites off Greenly Street, between 24th and 16th Avenue. Eight of these are along a pond and this first phase is near the future Community Clubhouse area. Several of them back up to the Walking Path. Grove Park, Highbury and Leenheer Drive can be found off Waterton Drive.
